The proficiently outfitted Students Training Restaurant, known as Saleequ serves as a platform for refining elegant serving techniques as within one Restaurant space the restaurant is designed for Five different dining experiences ie: Silver Service, Family Service, Lounge Service, Bar Counter seated service and Buffet service .This restaurant accommodates more than 28 patrons for service, and is complemented by a Training Bar that enriches students practical exposure. It is fully equipped with an array of silverware, glassware, tableware, as well as a gueridon trolley and other sophisticated tools essential for delivering high-quality service. Operating during lunch hours every day, the restaurant adopts themes conceived by students who take on various roles like Managers, Commis, Pantry-In-Charge, Hosts, and Hostesses on a rotational basis. Beyond its instructional value, & Saleequ also doubles as a venue for intimate Conferences, Luncheons, Dinner meetings, Presentations, and Interviews, all of which are meticulously orchestrated by the institute. The demand for restaurant services is on the rise, prompting the expansion of this hands-on learning opportunity to cater to a broader student base.
Front Office:
An impeccably recreated and air-conditioned Front Office laboratory has been crafted to mirror the authentic ambiance of a 5-star hotel's lobby. Within this laboratory, practical sessions are conducted, immersing students in scenarios where they learn to manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and navigate through diverse mock situations expertly presented by skilled instructors. This hands-on approach effectively equips them to handle a wide array of guest inquiries and requests.
Housekeeping
Inside the air-conditioned Housekeeping laboratory, you'll encounter a meticulously crafted Guest Room showcasing carefully planned interiors. Furthermore, there exists a mock Housekeeping laboratory alongside a laundry zone, complete with contemporary
conveniences such as washing machines, dryers, and a specifically designated washing area. This all-encompassing arrangement provides students with an immersive encounter that faithfully encapsulates the core of the department. It functions as an accurate portrayal of what you'd find in an actual Housekeeping department within a 5-star hotel. Moreover, these facilities are also responsible for managing the college's internal laundry needs and supervising the general maintenance and cleanliness across the campus.
Quantity Training Kitchen
The Quantity Training Kitchen (QTK) serves as the primary learning arena for Second-year students, where they advance their skills in crafting an array of regional and national
delicacies. Operating at full capacity, the QTK accommodates an average of 250 students
daily. The presence of heavy-duty equipment supports large-scale cooking, including the
provision of a tandoor to facilitate the preparation of barbecue menu items; hence the QTK is well equipped to Handle 500+ portions if required for any large functions of the institute.
Basic Training Kitchen
In the Basic Training Kitchen (BTK), the First year students are initiated into the realm of
Culinary Art. They receive an introduction to diverse kitchen equipment and are acquainted with the finer culinary techniques as their starting point. Subsequently, they embark on acquiring fundamental skills in preparing regional, national, and international cuisines. The first-year students benefit from the expertise of the Basic Training Kitchens that are dedicated to building a strong foundation to their learning experience.
Advance Training Kitchen
In the Advanced Training Kitchen, students in their Third year, engage in the creation of diverse international cuisines, with a primary focus on specialized cooking methods. The presence of 20 extensively furnished workstations, complete with contemporary culinary apparatus, serves to enhance the individual practice opportunities for every student.
La Patisserie
This section serves as a platform to assist students in honing and enhancing their confectionery-making abilities, thereby augmenting the value of any meal. To accommodate the growing student population, an extra bakery-cum-patisserie has been established with Modern and latest industry grade equipment’s, enabling students to further cultivate their confectionery crafting skills.
Garde Manger
This designated cold room is intended for the creation of cold cuts and salads.
Learning Resource Centre (LRC)
Anjuman-I-Islam’s CHTMS&R boasts one of the finest libraries among Hotel Management
Institutes in India, furnishing up-to-date insights into the Hospitality & Food Service Industry. The library houses a comprehensive collection of over 2223 books {pls check and confirm with dilip sir }encompassing a wide array of hospitality-related topics, including Regional, National & International Cuisines, Beverages, Bakery, Management, and Value Development Books. This extensive selection, coupled with a range of foreign and Indian Business Journals, Case Study Folios, positions Anjuman-I-Islam’s CHTMS&R as a ‘Central Knowledge Hub’. To enrich the library's resources, a substantial collection of audio-visual aids comprising more than 400 CD ROMs are available. The library's affiliation with various periodicals, both national and international, along with hospitality industry journals and prominent newspapers, further augments its offerings. An additional 500 research reports contribute to the library's comprehensive database.
Notably, students also gain access to the British Council Library and American Information Resource Centre through their membership, expanding their resources for in-depth research.

Information Technology Lab
Anjuman-I-Islam's CHTMSR takes pride in its cutting-edge computer laboratory, which is furnished with the latest configurations across 30 workstations. These workstations are interlinked via a dedicated server and a Local Area Network, all supported by a high-speed Gigabit Cable Network that can reach up to 1 GBPS. This guarantees uninterrupted internet connectivity. The institution presents a comprehensive curriculum encompassing both general software and hotel management software commonly utilized for reservations within the hospitality
industry. Notably, the college has implemented FIDELIO, a PMS package prevalent in 5-star hotels. This installation grants students hands-on exposure to industry-leading technology. In addition to this advanced facility, the college extends broadband internet connectivity to students, ensuring unfettered access to all necessary resources as support for their academic excellence.
