All the examinations conducted and hosted at Anjuman-I- Islam's CHTMS&R attempt at creating an environment that views examination as catalyst for self-improvement. And for ensuring thesame the Institution has constituted Unfair Means Committee (UFMC). UFMC is empowered to initiate disciplinary action against a student for misdemeanour during any examinations conducted / hosted at the Institution’s Campus. This initiation of action is in absolute adherence with Maharashtra Act No. XXXI of 1982 issued by university of Mumbai Notifications

COMMITTEE AIMS
- To implement measures for preventing unfair means during examinations.
- To train the staff members involved in examination related duties on UFM (Unfair Means & practices) protocol.
- To handle any UFM case in impartial and unbiased manner in accordance with Maharashtra Act No. XXXI of 1982 issued by university of Mumbai Notifications (Ordinance .5050)
- To expedite the handling of cases in a disciplinary manner.
