A seminar on self defense for girl students of the institute was conducted by head trainer Mr. Vijay Kamble -Taekwondo coach (5th Dan Black Belt) and his team of professional women trainers. Mr. Vijay made the girls realise the importance of believing in themselves and being self reliant. He and his team members explained various techniques to get out of tricky situations while offering demonstrations of the same. Later the girls practiced the moves in pairs. The session was made fun and interactive by Mr. Vijay who was kind enough to address various doubts leaving everyone satisfied and happy.
There was a definite surge of confidence within all the girls post the workshop. We sure have superwomen in the making!
